Every Event Leaves a Positive Footprint

At Impact Catering Group, every event leaves a positive footprint. 15% of our profits from each booking is donated to local charities, schools, and community programs. Clients can also choose to direct donations in their company's name, turning their event into a meaningful contribution.

Beyond our own donations, we also help organizations raise funds through food-focused events. From school fairs to charity galas, we design food experiences that delight guests while generating real support for important causes.

ALS Pull at York University

We proudly partnered with Ice Cream Kingdom in Toronto to give back to an incredible cause by donating an ice cream truck experience for all the volunteers at the ALS Pull at York University. ALS Canada is an organization we work closely with and deeply support, and this initiative is especially close to our hearts. It was our way of saying thank you to the volunteers and helping bring some joy to an event dedicated to raising awareness and funds for an important cause.

Athletic Kulture Fundraiser

We were proud to partner with Athletic Kulture in Barrie to raise funds for ALS Canada, with all proceeds donated to support research, care, and advocacy for those affected by ALS.

SickKids Gala Appreciation

Thanks to all the events we hosted this year, we were proud to donate free ice cream to over 100 volunteer dancers at the SickKids Gala Dancer Appreciation Day, in support of the Hospital for SickKids Child Life Department. It was our way of saying thank you to the dancers for their dedication while helping bring moments of joy to an incredible cause.

JK Golf Tournament

We were proud to support the JK Golf Tournament by providing both an ice cream truck and pizza truck for the event. The tournament hired us to provide pizza, which we offered at cost, and we donated the ice cream truck in exchange for tournament admission. It was a true win-win, our team got to enjoy a great day on the course while serving up delicious pizza and ice cream, all in support of SickKids Canada.

CBC Make the Season Kind

We were proud to support CBC for the Make the Season Kind campaign with a national food activation spanning multiple markets across Canada. We deployed five food trucks and ran all markets simultaneously over a single weekend delivering a seamless coast to coast experience.

Our team provided full staffing including professional chefs and handled end to end execution from logistics to service. We also developed custom menus for each market tailored to showcase how delicious meaningful meals can be created using simple affordable ingredients.

This campaign was a huge hit and most importantly it helped make a real difference by inspiring people to cook great food without breaking the bank. It was an incredible example of how food experiences can bring communities together while supporting an important message.

Brain Love Run

We had the privilege of donating an ice cream truck to Brain Cancer Canada for participants in their Brain Love Run. We provided free ice cream to everyone taking part as a small way to celebrate the community, support an important cause, and bring a moment of joy to such a meaningful event. Being able to give back in this way is exactly why we do what we do and we are honoured to support organizations making a real difference.

We provide ice cream trucks for corporate clients all summer long and it continues to be one of our most popular food options. These events not only create memorable experiences for employees and guests but also play a key role in helping us generate funds to give back to the communities we serve.
